Refund Policy

Vinnie G Designs primarily works with wholesale, retail program, OEM, private label, and custom jewelry orders.

Because many products are custom-made, produced to order, or prepared for specific buyer requirements, all wholesale, OEM, private label, and custom orders are considered final once production has begun.

Sample Approval

Production begins only after the buyer approves the product sample and/or packaging sample, when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is received damaged or incorrect, the buyer must contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and order details.

After review, Vinnie G Designs may offer a replacement, repair, credit, or other resolution depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products, approved production orders, private label items, special packaging orders, and bulk wholesale orders are not returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or order error.
